Elevate Development + Design provides full-service interior design services. We are excited about opportunities to work on projects during any phase. We collaborate with a hand-selected team of talented architects, designers, engineers, builders, and planners who see the project through from due diligence to completion. LAUREN SCANNELL
Principal, Interior Designer
Lauren Scannell is a residential developer and interior designer specializing in high-end contemporary design. Having lived, worked, and studied in New York City, Chicago, and Aspen, Lauren is able to bring a cultured, sophisticated outlook to any project.
Her education includes both an AOS in interior design as well as a BFA in interior architecture. Her past work experience at New York City firms also gave Lauren the experience needed to provide the confidence and skills necessary to establish her own business. Upon moving to Aspen, CO in 2016, Lauren established Elevate Development + Design. She is eager to satisfy the unique demands of her clientele.

Associate Designer
Elevate Development + Design's lead assistant, Lauren Hoffmann, is all about the details! She takes action and has the foresight necessary to keep each project organized and efficient.
Lauren is proud to be born and raised in the Roaring Fork Valley. It is a pivotal piece of who she is and stands as the foundation of her passion for design. Like many people drawn to the mountains, Lauren is driven by the environment and incredible lifestyle that living in Aspen embodies.
The unique dynamics, standards, and opportunities of traveling to Elevate Development + Design's projects across the country have opened her eyes to the brilliant perspectives and excitement of the high-end interior design world! Her certification with the Interior Design Institute is a great way to step further into the intricacies of residential design.
Lauren's years of experience working with high-end clientele and family history in luxury real estate in Aspen have set the stage for her advancement in the industry.
